1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RunSlide's TikTok AI generator service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

RunSlide provides an AI-powered service that generates TikTok-style slideshows from text prompts. The Service includes slideshow creation, editing tools, export functionality, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To access our Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

Credit System

  • Each slideshow generation costs 1 credit
  • Credits reset monthly based on your subscription plan
  • Free users receive 3 one-time credits
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase
  • Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that violates laws or regulations
  • Generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use the Service for spam or malicious activities
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

Commercial Use

You may use generated content for commercial purposes. All stock images used are properly licensed for commercial use.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, and AI models, is proprietary to RunSlide and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

RunSlide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RunSlide operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
